Release Notes
This release introduces several new features and usability improvements designed to make contract management more efficient and flexible., When terminating a contract without an end date, the system now automatically calculates the earliest possible termination date based on the configured notice period. This helps ensure that notice periods are respected and reduces the risk of selecting an invalid termination date.
You can now upload and create multiple documents in a single action. Simply select multiple files and the system will create a separate document for each file, significantly reducing the time required for bulk document registration.
Additional filtering options have been added to User Management, making it easier to find specific users based on a wider range of criteria.
Users can now subscribe to dynamic lists and receive scheduled email notifications. Each subscription can be configured with a custom delivery interval, allowing users to stay informed about important contract changes, upcoming deadlines, or other list-based information at the frequency that best suits their needs.
A new Number Unit field type has been introduced. This field combines a numeric value with a selectable unit, making it ideal for storing values such as durations, quantities, distances, or other measurable data in a structured and consistent way.
Several usability improvements have been implemented, including:
- Tasks and task templates that use a relative start date can no longer be configured to reschedule upon contract renewal, preventing invalid configurations.
- The limitation on the number of visible contract parties displayed on a contract has been removed, allowing all associated contract parties to be shown.
