Mochadocs - Contract Management - Signed Document Inkpen V3

Enter Contracts

Now that you know what you want to manage for each contract type, it's time to enter the contracts into Mochadocs.

  • Enddate and Location
When entering in a contract, there are two parts that always play an important role in the future:

    1.     What is the end date of the contract?
    2.    Where can you find the physical contract?

The above sections apply to any contract. Depending on the type of contract, you can set even more tasks.

  • Manage by content
What other components play a role in the return on a contract?

In the case of a real estate contract (rental), this is, for example, requesting a paid surety. Or think of a periodic evaluation. You can read more examples in the eBook - Managing Contracts by Content.
It is important that you and your team decide in advance on which topics and tasks you want to manage the contract.

  • Register discrepancies
In addition to entering predefined information from your contracts, there is a good chance that you will also find errors or deviations in contracts. You can register these deviations by creating a topic in which you register the deviation. If you do this consistently (fixed name for the subject in every contract) you will have a complete overview of all deviations in all your contracts at the end of the contract management implementation. So worth taking this with you.

PS. Use your reading function (OCR) when searching through your contract
