Contract managers intuitively know what is expected of them. With a graphical dashboard, you have a good overview, and the software is much less rigid. You can also set yourself when you get an alert."




For now, Van Herpen and Beniers are very satisfied with Mochadocs' contract management solution. After a long search, they have found a simple and user-friendly package that can nevertheless manage complex contracts with multiple suppliers and locations. Perhaps even more important is their changed view on contract management: less from the organisation, and more from the contract itself.
