It looks like seemingly quick headlines, but the need for a smart solution for managing the documents of a contract is fully present. And that's not in the storage itself, but in the authorization behind the storage.

Anyone can put a document in a directory but not everyone has to have access to that directory. And if you want to start regulating permissions on a directory, how do you do it if certain attachments to a contract should not be accessible? It can be easier.

A smart way is to automate authorization, including at the detail level of the contract. This ensures that everyone who plays a role in a (part) of a contract also has access to the appropriate attachments (of that part) of the contract. Others do not unless they have been granted read access to certain (parts of) business sections. By not having to think about it as a user means that you can also find it easily.
