Mochadocs Contract Management - Legacy Pricing

Effective date: december 1st 2024

Customers on the legacy plan continue to enjoy their original pricing, which may be lower than the rates for new subscribers. This can be seen as a reward for loyalty, allowing these users to retain a sense of value.

Customers on a legacy subscription have a frozen MochaDocs Enterprise Subscription, allowing them to retain their current features. However, this subscription does not include the future benefits or services available with the updated pricing model.

New customers will subscribe under the new pricing model, which is structured differently, with the prosibility on additional features.

Pricing Legacy Contract Management

Your invoice indicates the number of tiers in your pricing model, including the number of managers/administrators within each tier. Tier 1 covers the first 4 managers/administrators. Tier 2 includes managers/administrators 5 through 14, and Tier 3 applies to any managers/administrators exceeding 15.

Administrators / Managers vs Full Users

Adminstrators and managers are full users on the invoice.

Frozen tiers*

Customers on a legacy subscription have a frozen MochaDocs Enterprise Subscription, allowing them to retain their current features. However, this subscription does not include the future benefits or services available with the updated pricing model.

If a customer has a subscription with the first two tiers, increasing the number of managers or administrators within their current plan does not grant them access to a third tier. The subscription structure remains fixed at two tiers, regardless of how many users or roles are added. 

Changes

Any changes to the Contract Management Legacy Subscription, aside from an increase in users, will automatically convert the subscription to the MochaDocs Contract Management Enterprise Subscription.

Changes in contacts will take effect only at the start of the following month or your contract renewal date — whichever comes first — and your contracts tier pricing cannot be downgraded until your contract renewal date.  If you exceed your contracts tier at any time, you will be billed immediately. The fee for contract management contacts is a blended rate based on the number of contracts purchased and the applicable rates.

Your invoice will contain one of the following legacy subscription types:

• Legacy Enterprise Subscription Contract Management I 
  (contains the first tier)
• Legacy Enterprise Subscription Contract Management II
  (contains the first two tiers)
• Legacy Enterprise Subscription Contract Management III
  (contains all tiers)

Local Currencies

The standard EUR pricing will be converted to the local currency (such as GBP, NOK, BRL, SEK, USD,  and more) provided as stated on November 1st, 2024 by OANDA. This ensures that the final local currency price is fair and accurate, matching the value of the product in EUR according to the exchange rate on November 1st. 2024. This method provides transparency and consistency, helping to avoid discrepancies due to outdated or arbitrary exchange rates.
