Paid plans, however, include a set number of paid users that you can increase on a per-user basis.

How many contracts can I add to the Free Account?

You can add up to 1,000,000 contracts to your free Mochadocs account. Just be aware that if you use Mochadocs free tools with Contract Management Hub, the contracts you add to your free CLM tools end up in both places, which could affect your Contract Management Hub subscription’s contract tier pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I subscribe to CLM Hub and use Mochadocs free tools, what's my technical contact limit in the HubSpot contacts database?

We will honor the higher limit and the tools run off of the same underlying database. That means if you subscribe to CLM Hub and Mochadocs free tools, you could have up to 15 million objects, and contacts count as an ‘object’ in the Mochadocs contacts database. Remember that if you use Mochadocs free tools with the Contract Creation Hub, the contacts you add to your contacts database end up in both places and could affect your contact tier pricing.

Do I have to pay for contacts or contracts?

Yes, if you subscribe to the Contract Creation Hub or the Contract Management Hub. While there’s no charge for contacts or contracts you add to the free tool contacts database, if you subscribe to the Contract Creation Hub or the Contract Management Hub, you will be charged for contacts or contracts as part of your fee for that product, even if they are added to the free contacts or contracts database. 

If I purchase two products that include the same features, does that mean the limits are additive? For example, if I subscribe to Contract Management Hub Professional and Contract Creation Hub Professional, which each include up to 10 entities do I get up to 20 entities per account?

No. Limits are not additive across Hubs. So, in cases where a Mochadocs account has more than one paid Hub with shared features, the upper limits listed in the tables above still apply. This means in the example of the calling feature in Contract Management Hub Professional and Contract Creation Hub Professional, the limit would be an aggregate 10 entities. 

Consulting Services

As stated in our Mochadcos Customer Terms of Service, unless we otherwise agree, consulting services are as described on https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog (or other URL we designate), and will be delivered in English. You can find these descriptions below. We may periodically update this description page. There are some important general terms that relate to all of these descriptions, and you can find these in the general terms section below.

General Terms

We may choose to change any personnel assigned to your account or the consulting services at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise agreed or specified in the applicable description, all consulting services are performed remotely. For consulting services performed onsite, (i) you will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the consulting services and (ii) we may update the date and/or location at any time, regardless of whether a date and/or location is specified in your order. If we update the date and/or location after purchase, we will notify you. Consulting services are non-cancellable, and all fees for consulting services are non-refundable.

Important Note

If there are a specific number of hours included in the consulting services purchased, those hours will expire as indicated below, which expiration period will commence upon purchase (the “expiration period”).

If there are deliverables included in the consulting services purchased, it is estimated that those deliverables will be completed within the time period indicated as the delivery period below, which delivery period will commence upon purchase (the “delivery period”).

 

If the consulting services provided are not complete at the end of the delivery period due to your failure to make the necessary resources available to us or to perform your obligations, such consulting services will be deemed to be complete at the end of the delivery period. If the consulting services provided are not complete at the end of the delivery period due to our failure to make the necessary resources available to you or to perform our obligations, the delivery period will be extended to allow us to complete such consulting services.

Onboarding Foundations for the Starter subscription and up provides paid users access to a library of live workshops that will assist with the implementation of your Mochadocs subscription. Workshops are only available for live viewing and not available on demand. Paid users may access workshops during the service delivery period, subject to eligibility requirements. We may adjust the date or time, by giving you notice at any time prior to the start of a workshop. Your purchase of Onboarding Foundations is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation in workshops.

If we determine you would benefit from additional onboarding assistance, we may provide it to you within your Delivery Period in our sole discretion.

Data Migration Consulting

Data Migration Consulting

Data Migration Consulting consists of (i) assistance evaluating existing data to determine which data to migrate to Mochadocs, (ii) templates and consulting of mapping fields between Mochadocs and legacy systems, (iii) one session to help with mapping a process into Mochadocs, and (iv) help troubleshooting import errors. Data Migration Consulting is delivered remotely by a Customer Onboarding Specialist or equivalent Mochadocs expert(s). If we determine you would benefit from additional onboarding assistance, we may provide it to you within your Delivery Period in our sole discretion.

End-User Onboarding

Data Migration Consulting

End-User Onboarding consists of access to a customer onboarding specialist or equivalent Mochadocs expert(s) to assist with (i) creating a custom plan for your end user Mochadocs tool onboarding, (ii) up to two (2) group session(s) with your team to review your organization’s Mochadocs processes, (iii) up to one (1) planning session prior to team training session(s). End-User Onboarding is delivered remotely. If we determine you would benefit from additional onboarding assistance, we may provide it to you within your Delivery Period in our sole discretion. This service is limited to twenty (20) or fewer software seats. If this number is exceeded, customers should purchase additional End-User Onboarding services or one of our professional services packages.

Technical Consulting: 1 Day

Technical Consulting: 1 Day includes a one (1) day training and/or technical session delivered onsite and is limited to seven (7) or fewer attendees. If this number is exceeded, additional fees will apply. Travel expenses are not included.

Unused hours expire at the end of each month and will not carry over.

This service consists of up to twelve (12) hours of total support, which may include phone conversations, email-based support, prep work, and any other activities related to the service.

Mochadocs Order Form

Your Order Form is the Mochadocs-approved form created following your purchase of one of our products or services through our online payment process or via in-app purchase. It contains all of the details about your purchase, including your subscription term, products purchased and your fees. You’ll find your Order Form(s) in the Mochadocs Contract Mangement Hub. 

 

We’ve aimed to keep these documents as readable as possible, but in some cases for legal reasons, some of the language is necessarily “legalese”. By using the Subscription Service or receiving the Consulting Services, you are agreeing to these terms. 

 

We update these terms from time to time. If you have an active Mochadocs subscription, we will let you know when we update the terms via in-app notification or by email (if you subscribe to receive email updates).
