This Starter Promotional Offer is a targeted offer that is valid only for customers that have received notice of the promotion directly from Mochadocs either in-app or via email and have either: i) executed an Order through the “Buy Now” links found on your in-app pricing page; or, ii) executed an Order prepared by a member of Mochadocs sales that reflects the promotional pricing. This Starter Promotional Offer is only valid on Orders that are executed from June 2, 2022 through September 30, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
Promotion package consists of: the purchase of an individual Starter tier product, or the purchase of the Starter CRM Suite at the price stated on your in-app pricing page during the Promotion Period. See your in-app pricing page for more detail. Starter Promotional Offer price is subject to applicable taxes and increase in accordance with the Mochadocs Customer Terms of Service.
The Starter Promotional Offer applies only to the products indicated as included in the promotion and does not apply to any other products including add-ons, Contacts, Contracts, or paid users. We may apply a discount off of our then-current list price to reflect the Starter Promotional Offer price on your Order. The discount does not apply to products purchased separately or additional products or services, which may be purchased at our then-current list price. The Starter Promotional Offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other special offers, promotions or discounts, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be applied after an Order is already completed. We might withdraw, amend or cancel the Starter Promotional Offer at any time.
