Repetitive activity

Managing the content of a contract may mean that you have to perform the same type of action during a certain frequency. An example of this is, for example, scheduling an annual evaluation, but also scheduling the checking or billing of periodically agreed parts.

Silent renewal

For contracts between companies, what is in the contract about the notice period and the period by which the contract is extended is leading. It is possible that these contractual parts are not included in the contract itself, but that they are included in the General Terms and Conditions referred to in the contract.

Repeating tasks in a contract

These are activities that arise from the content of a contract but with a different frequency than the frequency of the duration of the contract.

You can think of activities of stakeholders related to the (annual) indexation of an (annual) payment within a contract with a duration of 4 years. At the same time, there may also be activities that must be carried out by other stakeholders with a different frequency.

Companies (including sole proprietorships and general partnerships) are therefore bound by the agreements and rules stated in the contract and the General Terms and Conditions. The effect of the tacit renewal goes beyond just managing the end date.
