As an organizational secretary at VNONCW and executive secretary at MKB-Nederland, she plays a pivotal role in keeping track of, among other things, rental contracts, insurance policies and covenants. She discusses the contracts in a work meeting with the direct supervisor and then informs the responsible team manager or department head. She also gets a lot of questions about contracts in between.
