  • Quality above Quantity
    The quality of your information, not the quantity, is important when entering your contracts. Your team must therefore contain members with the right characteristics, being: precise, neat, serious

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    The members of your team will read contracts and have to filter out the right information. This could be: the start date, end date, notice period and the contracting parties. In addition, they determine the contract type and contract owner. Experience shows that you get the best results when you build a team with a higher vocational education level.

 

  • Teamwork
    Good consultation between team members is very important. That way you can be sure that everyone follows the same guidelines and that the quality of the information is as high as possible.
