What to Expect from the Virtual Kick-Off?

The Kick-Off is is included in the subscription.

Every paying customer is entitled to a live virtual kick-off session with a MochaDocs professional. This kick-off session contains a step-by-step guidance of the MochaDocs configuration setup. The entire session will take about 45 minutes. This session will give insight into the creation of users, contract types, configuring the notifications, setting up the escalation process and setting up the organizational structure.

MochaDocs is ready for use immediately the initial setup

The software is ready for use immediately after initial setup.

After users are added, everyone can log in via the MochaDocs website (blue login button at the top right). We also leave hints, practical advice and will refer to our best practices wherever possible. We have performed hundreds of kick-offs and handled lots of implementations as well.  If there is still a need for customer service, we have taken this into account. The subscription includes online customer service free of charge: Online assistance on any queries in regards to managing contracts.
