How to manage recurring contract activities?
Every contract contains milestones. For example, think of the end date. A milestone end date can be a recurring notification. What would be the best method to stay informed when contract is automatically extended?

It is essential to be timely notified of a contract expiration date before the renewal period. What about other milestones? What is the best way to ensure nothing goes wrong? Also, how does one use the Mochadocs Task Scheduler?
How can one keep track of an automatic contract extension efficiently?
A contract is often signed for a certain term with a starting point and extension. To guarantee the continuity of the extension after the end date, automatic renewal clauses are included in contracts. How can the renewed agreements be entered into the system again? How can one ensure that users remain in full control? If the agreement has been made to deliver a timely report, what would be the best method to fulfill the new contract period? What is the best way to plan improvement measures for the new contract period? These are all legitimate questions that can help improve the organization and fulfill agreements.
Scheduling an (end date) task automatically after an automatic contract extension
Various options are available for scheduling contract clauses that need to be enforced during a new contract period. The associated tasks could play an important role compared to an automatic contract renewal. Think of having a notification before a property rental agreement expires. A bank guarantee or surety can be attached to that rental agreement. In an automatic contract renewal, it is recommended set up a notification of end of the new term guarantee, just as it is recommended to get a report about the expiration of the contract. The notice period for the new contract needs to be noted and is a guarantee. In Mochadocs, the contract task can be rescheduled after contract extension has taken place.
Scheduling a task automatically for the duration of the contract
It is also possible to have timely notifications and tasks generated and scheduled. This is useful to know when it is necessary to manually change a contract prior to renewal. One example would be when an internal agreement renewal needs an added clause to have an annual check for repair and maintenance. Keeping track of future planned activities at a different end dates will be helpful.
